CANADIAN ORDERS

We are trying to find a reasonable solution to ship to Canada. As of right now, we have been unsuccessful. Shipping costs are outrageous and the tariffs due on delivery are too. Hopefully we can find a solution soon.

DECEMBER 17th IS THE CUTOFF FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

We are now offering the option for expedited shipping. (Priority Mail 3-4 Day, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.)

**These are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.**

• Expedited Shipping is available for orders that DO NOT qualify for free shipping. (This is an issue we are working to address, but currently, this is the only way for us to offer an expedited shipping option.)

  
  

• This is an upgrade from our current 5-8 Day Shipping.

• **THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON EXPEDITED SHIPPING COSTS IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE IN TIME**

• We will process Expedited shipping orders in 1-2 Business Days (Mon-Fri) and once it's out the  door, it's in the hands of the Shipping Carrier.

  
  

• Expedited shipping orders are processed before Standard and Free shipping orders. (They skip the line)

• The cost for Expedited shipping is dependent on order size. Larger bulk orders are not available for Expedited Shipping.

  
  

• Apparel is not available for Expedited Shipping because we use an outside print shop to fulfil those items.

• Expedited Shipping is totally optional and is offered as an add-on service.

• If you choose Expedited Shipping even when your order qualifies for free shipping, you will still be charged for Expedited Shipping and your order will be shipped with the Carrier listed above.

  
  

• Expedited shipping options are NEVER free. If a glitch occurs that allows you to select an expedited shipping option for free, your order will be shipped with standard, free shipping. NOT the free expedited option.

We are located in Northern California and ship all orders from our shop there. We don't drop-ship or ship items from overseas.

All our regular orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. However, it can take up to 10 business days for your items to arrive.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to multiple addresses in one order.

Sometimes  shipping carriers mark an item as delivered when they haven't delivered it yet. This starts to happen more often as we get closer to the holidays.

When this happens, the order almost always arrives the next day.

We have also seen instances  where the order was delivered to a Neighbor's house.

If it's been a couple days and your order still hasn't arrived, please Contact Us and we  will investigate  things on our end and make it right!
