Shipping and Returns

We are now offering the option for expedited shipping. For an additional cost, your order will be shipped via Priority Mail 2-3 Day

  • This is an upgrade from our current 5-8 Day Shipping.


  • **THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON EXPEDITED SHIPPING COSTS IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE IN TIME**


  • We will process Expedited shipping orders in 1-2 Business Days (Mon-Fri) and once it's out the  door, it's in the hands of the Shipping Carrier.


  • The cost for Expedited shipping is dependent on order size. Larger bulk orders are not available for Expedited Shipping.


  • Apparel is not available for Expedited Shipping because we use an outside print shop to fulfil those items.


  • Expedited Shipping is totally optional and is offered as an add-on service.


  • If you choose Expedited Shipping even when your order qualifies for free shipping, you will still be charged for Expedited Shipping and your order will be shipped with the Carrier listed above.


Processing Time - Most orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 Business Days (Monday - Friday excluding Holidays)


Transit Time - Standard transit time is 5-9 Days depending on distance. We ship with USPS Ground Advantage


Shipping Location - All items excluding apparel are shipped from our shop in Northern California. Apparel is fulfilled by a 3rd party supplier and ships separately from our other items.


Apparel Times -Most apparel arrives in about 10 Days.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. If we messed something up, we WILL make it right!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will totally work with you to find a scent you'll love. If it turns out we're not your type, no problem! We'll refund your purchase price. (Shipping costs are non-refundable)


Please Contact us within 30 days of delivery. 


Your refund should arrive in 7- 14 days depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

To cancel an order, request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.


*Items already in transit can not be canceled.

If your item(s) are returned to sender, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs. We are no longer re-shipping orders that are returned to sender. You are welcome to place the order again.
