Shipping & Returns

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $50+

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more. For smaller orders, shipping rates are calculated by order weight and displayed at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Standard Shipping: Approximately 5–9 business days in transit.

• Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Delivery estimates begin after your order ships and are not guaranteed. Please allow additional time for order processing.

Apparel is fulfilled separately by our print partner and generally arrives in approximately 10 days. Apparel may arrive separately from other items in your order.

Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products may not be eligible for return. Custom products, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund for standard returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right at no additional shipping cost to you.

Refunds typically appear within 7–14 days after being issued, depending on your payment provider.
